Why is the location on my profile incorrect?

We will never share any of your personal data, nor will we reveal your exact location.

We only display the nearest larger city.

If you are experiencing a problem with your site, we suggest taking the following steps:

Enable site permissions

1. Click the butterfly icon in the bottom toolbar.

2. Click the filters icon in the top toolbar.

3. Click the “Location” option in the menu.

4. Turn on the “Space” toggle.

5. Grant location permissions.

Modify phone settings

If your problem persists, open your phone’s settings and make sure the location is set to “high resolution”.

Restart the device

You may be experiencing problems because your device needs to be restarted.
